Prices are for one tuber unless otherwise stated.

Tubers will be labeled & larger than a AAA battery. I divide all tubers the same day/next day when eyes are easier to see. I will aim not to have duplicates of any varieties in the grab bags due to having over 100 different varieties. Grower’s Choice packages are meant to be a bit of a surprise! Spring sale orders will ship end of March through mid-April.

All sales are on a first-come first-serve basis. Items in your cart will not be reserved and are not guaranteed until time of purchase. All sales are final. Items will be removed from your cart if an order has been placed before yours.

Please be aware that we are not responsible for poor growing conditions, change in color due to differing soil, and improper storing. We are not responsible for tubers that have failure to thrive due to a multitude of variables. It is up to the consumer to care for the tubers to ensure sucess!

The crop is inspected by the Iowa Department of Agriculture for pest and disease annually. All tubers are personally inspected by myself before shipping and are free of disease and true to name to the best of my knowledge. It is suspected that ~80% of dahlias do indeed contain viruses, although they may not display characteristics so they are latent. For this reason, I can not be 100% certain that there is no disease, but I will NOT sell tubers that I suspect may be diseased. If there is any remote sign of disease, the plant is discarded. I perform random disease testing for common viruses at my local plant pathology lab. Cutting tools are sanitized with 10% bleach between each cut as an extra precaution, and the crop is not planted in the same location for 3 years for an extra safety measure.

I reserve the right to cancel an order if stock is deemed unsatisfactory. As tubers were recently dug so this should not be an issue for the fall sale. Current stock numbers are true to my knowledge, and I do not list more than I knowingly have on hand. I will personally contact the buyer if any alterations need to be made prior to shipping. Some varieties have limited numbers.

We will automatically combine shipping - use promo code “combine”. Please check your tubers within 2 days of delivery to ensure product is satisfactory. We will replace or refund if tubers are deemed defective within this time frame. Please email murthaflowerfarm@gmail.com with photos and your order number within this timeframe, and we will reimburse or send a new tuber. We are not responsible for damage during shipping. Tubers will come in a ziplock with peat moss and will be packaged with shredded paper for support.
